Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for services and digital products sold by BK3 Entertainment Technology Pvt. Ltd.

1. Cancellations:

   • Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

   • Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refunds:

   • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

   • Non-refundable items or services will be clearly indicated during purchase.
